The Ascalon Castle stands tall above the rest, showing its power and might to all who can view. To the north lies the dreaded race called the Charr, who despise everything that Ascalon stands for. They are a power hungry race with the love of fighting in their blood. Northwest, is the Dwarvern Alliance, small people yes, but very powerful when in large numbers.
